The fastest way to reach us is support@only.family. Tell us what device you're on (iPhone model and iOS version), what you were doing, and what went wrong. A screenshot helps us a lot.
We're a small team. You'll usually hear back within 24 hours on weekdays.
Common questions
My family can't see my location.
Open iOS Settings → Only Family → Location. Make sure it's set to 'Always' (so the app can keep sharing while your phone is locked). If it's set to 'While Using,' your circle will only see you when the app is open.
I didn't get my sign-in code.
Check your spam or promotions folder first. If nothing after a couple of minutes, tap 'Resend code' — we'll send a fresh one. Still nothing? Email us; something on the delivery side may need a nudge.
How do I add someone to my circle?
Open Only Family → Circle → Invite. Share the link — it opens Only Family on their phone, or the App Store if they don't have it yet. They'll land directly in your circle once they sign up.
How is my data handled?
Your location and messages stay inside the circle you explicitly invite — we don't sell your data to advertisers or data brokers. See our Privacy Policy for the full breakdown of what we collect and why.
Crash detection alerted my circle but I'm fine.
Sorry about that. Crash detection errs on the side of telling your circle when something looks like an impact — you have a 60-second window to cancel. If you find false alerts are frequent, email us with details (activity, road type, device) and we'll investigate. You can also disable crash detection entirely in Settings → Safety.
Delete your account
You can delete your account and everything associated with it at any time.
- In the app, go to Settings → Account → Delete account, or
- Email support@only.family from the address on the account.
We'll wipe your profile, location history, messages, places, and circle memberships within 30 days. Messages you sent to circles will also be removed. Backups that include your data roll off within 35 days.
